COOKING 101: Slow Cooked Curry Chicken

This dish is one of my favorites! It’s an easy to make, consistently good, and feeds a lot of people. A great meal to entertain with. And very colorful!

INGREDIENTS
6 chicken breasts
2 cans low fat cream of chicken soup
2 1/3 cups nonfat milk
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 tomato, chopped
1 mango, cut into pieces
1 tbsp curry powder
1/3 tbsp cayenne pepper
1⁄4 raisins
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 5-6 hours stirring occasionally. Serve with white rice.
