TO ENTER: Email your photo – along with your full name, age, and mailing address to info@teendiariesonline.com. Explain the inspiration for your costume in the body of your email and include the code word HALLOWEEN in the subject line. Photos must be submitted in JPG format and be at least 500×340 pixels. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on 11/10/09. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. TO WIN: Teen Diaries LLC will review all submissions and, in its sole discretion, choose five finalist photographs from the submissions received. The finalist photographs will be chosen based on the originality (50%) and creativity (50%) of the submissions.
