Technology has such an impact on the world today that we wouldn’t be able to function without it! Although it has advanced so much in the last few years, I think technology is a bitter sweet. Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE technology, but it has its pros and cons. I love that all my friends are either a text or click away. I can communicate with  all my friends without ➫ distance being an obstacle. I also love how you have a world of information at your fingertips. Looking up lyrics, researching a topic, or checking up on your favorite sports team can all be done in a breeze. Information can be sent out quickly from the comfort of your home. Imagine how useful technology could have been in history. Paul Revere could have just texted everyone that the British were coming.

With the good there is always some bad. Like I said earlier, friends are a text or a lick away, but so is everyone else. Parents, teachers, enemies, and strangers are able to contact you. That’s why you have to be extra careful about the things you post online. Always have in mind that you might not know who is viewing what you have posted, texted, etc. As long as you know how to treat technology right, you’ll have a blast!
