TEEN DIARIES: “I Went to Chris Brown’s Concert”

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending Chris Brown’s Fan Appreciation Tour in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This was my second time attending a Chris Brown concert, but ➬
I had so much fun – it felt like my first concert all over again. So my BFF and I arrived at the venue around 2:30 pm, mind you, the show started at 7 p.m. But we were determined to get good seats since the venue was general admission (a.k.a the earlier you arrive, the better the seat you get). Once we showed up at the venue, there were about 10 girls already in line – they had been there since 12 pm! One thing that I can say about CB fans, we are DEDICATED and LOYAL!
Even though we received slack from some of our friends for arriving so early, all that was out of the window when we got to do a special meet and greet with the New Boyz! Talk about cool! They are really down to earth and nice, not stuck up at all, both Ben J and Legacy signed my ticket and Legacy signed my phone! Lol. The early bird really does get the worm, or in this case, autographs from the New Boyz! Also another perk for arriving early, was that I got to see Chris get off of his tour bus! He looked sooo much hotter in person! Lol.
Once we got inside the venue you could see how excited everyone was! Me and my BFF got pretty good spots (we were in the second row behind all the people that went in for meet and greets)!
The New Boyz did an amazing job opening up the show and getting everyone hyped. When Chris came out, that’s when the mayhem started! Girls were pushing trying to get closer to the stage! It was crazy! Bow Wow and T-Pain also came out and rocked the stage! I was so shocked!
Overall I had a great time! Chris is a wonderful performer and his performance reminded me of why I love and support him so much. I could have done without the pushing and shoving and the long 5 hr wait but hey, it was all worth it! Can’t wait until he does another tour!
