His smooth caramel skin and slanted, seductive eyes make up the perfect exterior for a gorgeous guy, but the addition of Miguel Jontel’s undeniable talent for singing/songwriting and his passion for photography makes him this week’s Cocoa Kiss! The 24 year-old Los Angeles, California native has a look and sound that is genre defying, which may be attributed to his African-American and Mexican heritage. Until his international appeal got him signed to Jive records, he broke into the music biz by writing and producing for Usher and Musiq Soulchild – not a bad start.
